Whisky

Our whisky has been quietly resting away in the background while we’ve been busy turning orchard fruit into cider, liqueurs, gin and brandy and now it’s finally ready to share.

Made here at Up A Tree Distillery in Roxburgh, Central Otago, this small-batch whisky is rich, smooth and full of character. Expect notes of dark blackberry, soft caramel and a warming tussock-walnut finish. A little wild, a little earthy, and beautifully rounded.

This is the kind of bottle to open slowly. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or with a splash of water to let the flavours open up.

Whether you’re a whisky lover already or just keen to try something new from a small New Zealand distillery, this bottle is a special one for us.
