Whisky

This small-batch whisky has been quietly resting away while we've been busy turning orchard fruit into everything else. Now it's finally ready to share.

Made here at Up A Tree Distillery in Roxburgh, Central Otago, it's rich, smooth and full of character. Expect notes of dark blackberry, soft caramel and a warming tussock-walnut finish. A little wild, a little earthy, beautifully rounded.

The kind of bottle to open slowly. Enjoy it neat, over ice or with a splash of water to let the flavours open up.
