Schnapps

The team at Up A Tree Distillery will forever remember our first year as the year of experiments.  With such a vast array of different fruits to play with we really got carried away with the trials.  As you will know, every fruit has its own unique flavour and as such, we had to play with them all.  The result?  Our schnapps range which is essentially fruit wine distilled with no added sugars.   We would love your help to steer this, so let us know what you think of our schnapps, and what you found delicious so we focus on these flavours in the future.
