Our Vodka starts right here in the orchard, with Pacific Queen and Granny Smith apples grown on our trees in Roxburgh, Central Otago.

Made here at Up A Tree Distillery, this small-batch vodka is crafted entirely from scratch. The apples are milled, fermented, distilled and refined into a clean, smooth vodka. This is not an apple-flavoured vodka, it is a true orchard-grown base spirit. Made from fruit that began its life on our trees and ended up in the bottle.

Pacific Queen brings softness and body, while Granny Smith adds a crisp, clean edge. The result is smooth, clean and beautifully refined, with a subtle fruit-derived character and a crisp finish.

This is the kind of bottle to keep chilled and pour simply. Enjoy it straight from the freezer, over ice, with soda and lime or as the base for your favourite cocktails.
