Citrus Tree Gin

A bright and lively expression of our signature orchard apple spirit. Crafted from our double-distilled apple base, then vapour infused with Hawke's Bay lemon, lime and grapefruit together with Central Otago hawthorn, saffron and almonds.

The result is a classically styled gin with a crisp citrus bite and smooth, fruity finish. A true nod to traditional gin lovers but unmistakably, very Up A Tree Distillery.

Fresh lemon, lime and grapefruit zest open the palate, balanced by soft herbal undertones and gentle sweetness from the apple spirit. Crisp, clean and beautifully aromatic... the kind of gin made for sunshine and good company.
