Hand-picked Douglas Delight, Pacific Queen and Kanzi apples from our Roxburgh orchard, fully ripened on the tree and slow-fermented with nothing added. No sugars, added sulphites or preservatives. Just apples doing their thing.

The result is deeper, richer, and a bit cheeky. A smooth, dry cider with personality and a label that'll have people asking "Ooooh, which one's that?" Wrapped in moody, mysterious purple... this is the kind of cider you crack open when you want something with attitude.
