Meet Batch Seven...

The cider Jered reckons is our cleanest, crispest one yet.
Made the way we like to drink it: nothing fancy, nothing fake, just using bloody good apples grown here in Roxburgh and around Central Otago.

We hand-pick a mix of Douglas Delight and Granny Smith apples... Grown to full maturity so they’ve actually got some flavour. Then we ferment them slow and cold and leave out all the usual crap (no added sugars, no added sulphites or added preservatives). The result? A smooth, dry, proper apple cider that hits with a clean finish and zero stickiness.

Batch Seven is crisp, refreshing and dangerously easy to drink. It’s the kind of cider you stash in the fridge and somehow it disappears before the weekend’s even started. Funny, that.
