Nelson Naturally Scotch Whisky Marmalade

A splash of scotch whisky compliments the trio of citrus fruit in this delicious marmalade.  It is the perfect marriage.  Try some as a glaze or just on your toast, muffin or bagel.

Ingredients:  Sugar, mixed citrus peel (sugar, orange, lemon, grapefruit, citric acid, preservative 223), water, orange juice, lemon juice, scotch whisky (2%), pectin, citric acid.
