Vipers Bugloss Honey is a rare wildflower honey produced mainly in Marlborough and Otago. Off The Rails Vipers Bugloss is harvested where rugged landscapes meet endless blue blooms. Made from the nectar of Echium vulgare (aka viper’s bugloss), this honey features a delicate floral bouquet, a smooth sweetness, and a subtle chewiness that sets it apart. Naturally slow to crystallise, it pours liquid and golden - a true artisan honey from the hills of Central Otago.
