Citrus Tree Gin

Our Citrus Tree Gin is a bright and lively expression of our signature orchard apple spirit. Crafted from our double-distilled apple base... Then vapour infused with Hawke’s Bay lemon, lime and grapefruit together with Central Otago hawthorn, saffron and almonds. The result is a classically styled gin with a crisp citrus bite and a smooth, fruity finish.

Best enjoyed with Alchemy & Tonic’s Grapefruit & Thyme tonic which lifts the citrus notes and enhances the subtle thyme undertones that echo through the Teviot Valley.
