This small-batch vodka starts right here in our orchard. Pacific Queen and Granny Smith apples grown on our trees in Roxburgh, milled, fermented, distilled and refined into something genuinely special.

This is not an apple-flavoured vodka... it's a true orchard-grown base spirit. Pacific Queen brings softness and body, while Granny Smith adds a crisp, clean edge. The result is smooth, clean, beautifully refined, with a subtle fruit-derived character and crisp finish.

The kind of bottle to keep chilled and pour simply. Enjoy it straight from the freezer, over ice with soda and lime, or as the base for your favourite cocktails.
