Apricot Brandy

Our Apricot Brandy takes inspiration from traditional Hungarian Pálinka. A celebration of pure orchard fruit in every bottle. We select only the ripest apricots from our Roxburgh orchard, then immerse them in the finished spirit to capture both colour and flavour.

Slowly distilled in our copper column still, this premium fruit brandy showcases the vibrant character of apricots with a beautifully smooth finish. Rich, expressive and utterly drinkable. This is the orchard, distilled.

Enjoy it neat to appreciate its depth and warmth, serve over ice, or share after a meal with good company. A bottle to savour slowly and return to often.
