Apple Tree Gin

The Apple Tree Gin is crafted from scratch, rather than using a neutral spirit.

We begin by milling apples straight from the orchard to ferment & distill - first creating our base spirit before vapour infusing with a range botanicals.

Make no mistake, this is not your standard London Dry; it is a fruity, Central Otago orientated gin including locally foraged rosehips, elderflower, wild thyme and of course, apples.

Available in a 700ml bottle with an ABV of 43%
