We founded Up A Tree Distillery in an effort to reduce our fruit waste by turning pretty good fruit into something delicious for you to enjoy.

We are a small family run orchard distillery located in Roxburgh, Central Otago. We have been Orchardists since 2015 and from 2017 have owned & operated the historic Fairview Orchard.
